If so, what do i need to do, who do i speak to about it? I've only just been hired, how long shall i wait before i ask?
I don't even know if i'm what they're looking for as a model, but i find the impact position really boring and i prefer to interact with customers. Thanks!
I'm gonna be honest with you I've seen a lot of people try to go from being an impactor to being a model and for the most part it doesn't happen but it doesn't hurt to try.
If they decided to keep you after the seasonal period I would ask then (you said you just got hired so I assumed within the last few weeks which is the period when everyone who is hired is considered seasonal). If you ask before when everything is hectic you run the risk of annoying your managers. If you really want to switch now then ask now before Black Friday hits.
